This all caused the gathering of a thousand students to Sproul. The folks of Jesus Culture began to worship Jesus with much of the audience joining in. This, in itself, brought forth unity amongst all the students that were there that night. But from there forth, Sean Smith dropped on Jesus being the savior of souls. That, not only placed everyone on the same page of seeking true revival, but also led over 30 members of the audience to accept Jesus as their Lord and receive salvation. This was but the first stop of the M2M tour! | The first stop of our March to Mayday tour was at Berkeley. How Jesus used this stop to thrust forward the tour and encounter the students of Berkeley was incredible. Before writing about the outcome, allow me to write about the set up. Bryan Torwalt and Derek Johnson from Jesus Culture came out to lead worship. Sean Smith from Bethel came to drop the Word. A NorCal team had been bringing in many clubs on the Berkeley campus and united many of them unto seeing true revival break out. Sproul Plaza, an outdoor field, was reserved and the equipment was put together. |
After shooting this video, Victor asks if he can see what he looks like in the video. His words as he watches the first few seconds are, "I've never seen myself smile that much." | There were many stories like this one. Stories of salvations, healings, Jesus's love. As it turns out, Jesus is good at that kind of stuff. |
